D-Vite Vitamin D

Vitamin D is a nutrient your body needs for building and maintaining healthy bones. That's because your body can only absorb calcium, the primary component of bone, when vitamin D is present. Vitamin D also regulates many other cellular functions in your body.
It is observed that vitamin D regulates the gene expression for one of the essential enzymes Tyrosine Hydroxylase, which is involved in synthesizing dopamine and norepinephrine. These neurotransmitters are famous for their role in depression and mood disorders.

I love this product because it really rehydrates me. I have used many other products but this one takes the cake for me. I only have 10 inches of large intestine left and also had my left adrenal removed, hydration becomes a real problem. My legs become achy, my joints hurt more than usual, I get headaches and have such fatigue. I drink one of these and start to feel a noticeable difference. I highly recommend Pain Lab’s Buzzy Bee, especially for younger children’s blood draws to combat pain, anxiety and needle phobia. I believe that we should try to keep medical trauma down as much as possible, especially when you have a small child that must have lots of blood draws, IVs, surgeries, etc. The Buzzy, a pain relief device, works by using a combination of cold and vibration to interrupt pain signals, based on the gate control theory of pain, which suggests that non-painful stimuli can block pain. My child says this works well for him and makes a big difference with pain levels. You can also find it on Amazon and other retailers. It can be used also with lidocaine. I always let my children choose a plan to help them with the process of the blood draw, shots, IVs. Do they want lidocaine, Buzzy, both, a count down, looking away, watching a tablet, etc. My child has come a long way with needles and this product definitely helps.

My daughter has to have multiple blood draws a year. As a youngster, it's difficult for her to tolerate. We've found putting on a little of this type of cream prior to a blood draw makes the pain of the needle poke less stressful. For us, we apply to both arms in the areas we think they may use for the draw and wrap with saran wrap to help ensure the cream stays on the skin and doesn't soak into clothing. We do this approximately 20-30 minutes before the draw for best effect.

I use these wipes to remove flange residue from around my stoma. I love them because they aren't like other adhesive remover wipes I've come across. They don't leave behind a greasy film so I don't have to worry about the new flange not sticking properly. They don't sting when I use them on irritated or wounded skin. As an added bonus, they have a very light pleasant fragrance instead of strong stink of petroleum. They don't melt away residue like the oily adhesive removers but these wipes still make it much easier to rub off the glue and flange bits that are stuck on my skin.
